The South West Coast Path passes the property and provides walkers with access to the stunning Exmoor National Park. At nearby Ilfracombe, Damian Hirst's 'Verity' statue dominates the skyline. Numerous beaches are within easy reach including Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands. Families will love Watermouth Castle, Tunnels Beach and Combe Martin Wildlife Park, all of which are a very short drive from the cottage. Enter the cottages into the welcoming open plan dining room lounge area with cosy wood burning fire and comfortable sofas, the dining room is the ideal entertaining space with feature fireplace and splashes of nautical décor. Leading through to the fully equipped kitchen with quarry tiled floor it has a real cottage feel with light coloured units and a double oven. To the first floor there are two king size bedrooms, both full of character one with an original fireplace and the other with a delightful window seat. Both bathrooms are on this floor. This first bathroom has a beautiful roll top bath, double shower, wash basin and toilet, the other has a Jacuzzi bath, separate shower, wash basin and toilet. To the second floor are two twin bedrooms, both with velux windows over the beds so you can enjoy the star filled sky in the evening. Outside is an enclosed raised decked area with ample outdoor seating, perfect for a warm summers night entertaining or why not have a BBQ. The private hot tub is in a secluded position and is the ideal place to relax, there is also an external wet room with shower and toilet so all your needs are catered for.
