This quaint cottage is situated in the fishing village of Appledore, with its delightful traditional harbour, an array of shops, and a choice of eateries. In high season a small ferry boat runs across the estuary to the neighbouring village of Instow, home to a yacht club and a pleasant sandy beach. For those who want to get out and explore more of the area, there is plenty to see and do within a short drive of the property, including the remarkable pebble ridge beach at Westward Ho!, and The Big Sheep family fun park. All in all this area makes for a wonderful holiday destination, whether you want a relaxing or fun filled time. On entering this delightful property, you are greeted by the fabulous open plan lounge/kitchen/diner that is the perfect backdrop for catching up whilst cooking up a storm in the remarkable kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave and dishwasher.
