Treat the children to a day at The Big Sheep, The Milky Way or Watermouth Castle, all of which are within easy driving distance. If you re heading out for a bite to eat or a drink, the local pub is just a five minute walk from the property. This spacious and comfortable accommodation is perfect for families. As you enter the property, the ground floor with present you with a large lounge/diner offering plenty of seating for the whole family to spread out and relax. There are four bedrooms in total, all of which feature their own sinks. There is a single room and a double with a shower cubicle. A further double with additional 2ft 6 single bed offers a TV and shower cubicle and provides access to the fourth room with a double bed and additional 2ft 6 single bed. There is a separate bathroom on this floor with a bath and WC. The outside of this property is a real bonus for families. An attractive walled garden offers picnic tables, seats and sole use of the play area and 12 trampoline, basketball post, swings/slide, a fireman s pole and a small bucket swing for toddlers. There is also a gas BBQ for dining alfresco on sunny summer evenings. That s not all; there is also your own private hot tub available to relax in glass of wine in hand. Visitors are also welcome to explore the farm and observe activities such as harvesting carried out by the friendly owners.There is ample parking available.
