This unique property is located on the edge of Muir of Ord, an enchanting Scottish village on the western boundary of the Black Isle. The building once served as a schoolhouse to the village, and less than half a mile from the door you'll find a local shop, bakery, fish and chip shop, restaurants and a golf club. Only 13 miles from the Highland capital, Inverness, everything you'll need is close by, be it peaceful walking country or busy city shops. A trip out on the water to look for Nessie is certainly on the cards, as Loch Ness is only 16 miles from your door. Tastefully updated yet retaining its traditional charm, the interior is pretty and inviting. On the ground floor, an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is complete with oak flooring, high ceilings and stylish pendant lighting. The kitchen area is contemporary and well equipped, contrasting beautifully with the antique dining table and chairs.
