This lovely property has been finished to high standard and makes a fantastic base for your holiday. Just 7 miles from the marketing town of Dumfries, with its excellent shopping and leisure facilities. There are numerous attractions and activities close by including the 7 Stanes mountain bike trail, Sweet Heart Abbey, New Abbey Corn Mill, Shambellie Gardens, Mabie Farm Park, Loch Arthur, Caerlaverock, Threave and Drumlanrig castles, Robert Burns house, Aviation museum, numerous golf courses and wild life reserves. There is fishing available in nearby burn, with four fishing permits, in addition to sea fishing close by. The spacious single storey property has a welcoming lounge with a wood burner (first basket of logs included), perfect for keeping you warm as you watch TV, or a DVD, on those chillier evenings. The open plan kitchen/diner is filled with natural light and offers lovely views from the windows.
