Located in the upper west wing of a lovely large Edwardian property with small separate apartment above, this light and spacious apartment is perfectly situated for beachside activities. As it s close to Seagrove Bay and to the gorgeous Priory Bay, you can enjoy swimming, paddling and boating fun. For off the water interests, wander into the atmospheric village centre of Seaview, which has small shops, a sailing club and restaurants. Entering the three bedroom self contained property via a raised gantry that leads from the lane to the front door, there is a large open plan kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Alongside, is a pleasant dining area with doors leading out to a balcony for enjoying the magnificent views. Outdoor furniture allows for dining alfresco or simply relaxing in the evening sun. The large lounge area with TV/DVD and Bluetooth speaker system has many windows with wonderful open sea views; an additional dining area if there is a preference for staying indoors; and a delightful conservatory style alcove for gazing longingly out to sea.
