This private development of 15 townhouses and apartments is named after the Vicar of Morwenstow and situated on the edge of the North Cornwall golf course and the seaward end of Bude. A few minutes level walk away is Crooklets beach, home to Bude's Surf Life Saving Club and with beach huts available to hire. The beach locality has a skate park, play area, beach café, amusements and pubs nearby. Within easy walking distance and only a few minutes by car is the centre of Bude with a choice of shops, restaurants and galleries. The town and its surrounding countryside offers countless coastal and inland walks and of course, is part of the South West's Coastal Footpath. It is also in easy reach of such gems as Clovelly, Hartland, Widemouth Bay, Boscastle, Tintagel and Port Isaac. Within an hour's drive you can be in Newquay, Padstow or the Eden Project. Slightly further afield are countless other Cornish landmarks, including Land's End and Bodmin Moor, as well as Dartmoor and Exmoor over the border in Devon. The ground floor features the lounge/diner styled with wood flooring, patio doors, a double sofa bed, TV and DVD. This floor also offers a separate kitchen area with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer and there is also a separate WC and cloakroom. The first floor features two bedrooms including one double room with TV, Juliet balcony and en suite shower room with WC and one twin room that can be made up as a double on request. The bathroom on this floor has a shower over the bath and WC. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin (additional double sofa bed in lounge). 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC, 1 en suite shower room with WC and 1 separate WC downstairs. Sleeps 4 2.
