This private property has direct access to the beach at low tide via its own private steps, where you can listen to the soothing sound of the sea. Polruan is an ancient fishing village famous for its boat building heritage. Perfectly positioned on the Fowey river estuary, which is a thriving centre for fishing, seafaring, shipbuilding and agriculture. There are two village pubs, a café and village shop and a passenger ferry that will take you across to Fowey. Further afield there are plenty of places to visit and things to do, why not visit the tall ships at Charlestown, take the brewery tour in St Austell or visit the Eden project and/or the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Also for those interested in stately homes why not visit Lanhydrock in Bodmin. Enter in the porch, the ideal place to leave your coats and muddy boots. Three steps down from this leads you to the kitchen area. Which is equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment and washing machine.
