With the River Avon boarding the farmland, guests can benefit from private fishing rights or perhaps head to the nearby golfing range at Welford. For a relaxing day in the Cotswolds, beautiful villages can be found nearby, or explore Stratford upon Avon where you can enjoy a leisurely walk or cycle ride along the towpath, stopping off for a bite to eat or a refreshing drink in one the many riverside pubs or cafes along the way. Arriving at the property you step into a light and spacious lounge with traditional exposed beams and large French doors that open out onto a pretty private courtyard, where you can relax on the sofa looking out over the garden and immerse yourself in the beauty of your tranquil countryside surroundings.
