The annexe itself is laid out over one floor and has been tastefully furnished. It has a lounge/diner with a contemporary feel, with entertainment provided by a TV, DVD player, and Freeview. To one side of the room, there is a dining table with seating for two people. A patio door leads out from the lounge/diner to the garden area.
