The seafront promenade is just across the road and all the amenities of Mumbles are just a 2-minute walk away. Accommodation Ground Floor Reception: Open plan lounge/diner. 2 large sofas, log burner along with flatscreen TV and DVD player and Xbox 360. The dining area has a modern table and chairs for 6. Kitchen: Miele washer/dryer, Bosch electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine and microwave. First Floor Master Bedroom: King size bed and wardrobes. Bedroom 2: King/twin zip and link bed and wardrobes. Bathroom: Bath with shower over, WC and basin. External: The sun-drenched rear garden is terraced with garden furniture for 4.
