The cottage is perfectly situated towards the edge of Blockley, yet only a few minutes’ walk to the village shop and café, and the pubs. At the same time there are many walks into the countryside straight from the front door. The accommodation has three floors and a delightful, enclosed garden. There is parking on the road next to the cottage or in the large car park opposite.
Ground Floor: Open-plan living space Kitchen With five burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer and stable door leading to an enclosed garden. Sitting/dining area With wood burning stove and television with Freeview. Fold away dining table and seating for two. A steep curving staircase leads from the kitchen to the first floor First Floor: Bedroom one With 4'6 double bed. Bathroom With bath and shower over, wash basin and WC. A steep curving staircase leads from the first floor to the second floor Second Floor: Bedroom two With 5' king-size bed. Outside: Enclosed garden with patio and seating area. On-street parking outside the cottage. Additional Information: Children of any age welcome. One cot, high chair and stair gate available upon request. Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Telephone with an honesty box. The staircase is typical of a Victorian cottage, being steep and curving with a couple of low beams.
