It is set in an elevated position above a one acre private garden. The garden comprises a patio terrace, a wonderful, large sloping lawn and two ponds surrounded by a low fence. This is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a truly relaxing holiday.
Situated in the Cotswolds in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Tetbury is a thriving market town built around a 17th century Market Hall. It has elegant buildings and offers a unique retail experience with many individually owned shops and as well as being a major centre for antiques.
Ground Floor: Entrance hall With cloakroom/wc. Sitting room With a cosy wood burning stove and wonderful views from the large windows. Stairs down to a Children's television area. Kitchen With electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. Dining room With french doors to the patio terrace. First Floor: Double bedroom With a 5' bed king-size bed and en-suite shower room. Small double bedroom With a 5' king-size bed. Single bedroom With a 3' single bed. Bathroom With a shower over the bath. Outside: Charming, large garden including sloping lawn and two ponds (unfenced, please ensure children are supervised). Please note the property has steep stairs with handrails. Please note there are steep stairs both inside and outside of the cottage. Parking for 2 vehicles where the drive widens to the right. If you are bringing a second car we advise that the first car is turned around facing forwards before the second car is parked. Additional Information: Parking to the side of Kingsley House is strictly for the use of staff and residents - clamping is in operation and the release fee is 100 pounds. Sorry, no pets. Travel cot and highchair available on request..
