This Cotswolds holiday home provides self-catering accommodation with five bedrooms, all of which are en-suite. The farmhouse boasts a large inglenook fireplace with a wood burning stove and exposed beams. There is a wonderful garden for cooking on the barbecue or relaxing and pouring a glass of wine in the sunshine.
Ground Floor: Kitchen With breakfasting area, oil fired Aga and separate electric hob and oven and microwave. Utility room With fridge, fridge/freezer in the utility room, dishwasher and washing machine. Formal dining room. Sitting room With inglenook fireplace and large wood burning stove. Television room With flat screen television, CD and DVD players and iPod dock. Cloakroom with wc. First Floor: Televisions in all bedrooms. One step down to landing area and further two steps down into Two twin bedrooms each with 3' zip and link beds, (can convert to 6' doubles upon request) each with en-suite shower room. Double bedroom With a 6' zip and link bed (can convert to two 3' singles upon request) with en-suite walk in shower. Double bedroom With a 5' bed and en suite-bathroom with shower over bath. Second Floor: Double bedroom With a 6' zip and link bed (which can be two 3' singles upon request) Bathroom With shower over the bath. Outside: South facing garden with patio area, garden furniture and barbecue (one bag of charcoal provided). Parking. Additional Information: As the property is situated on a working farm with livestock, certain areas around the house are restricted. Please note that guest privacy will be respected at all times. Sorry, no pets. Underfloor heating in various areas of the cottage. Travel cot and high chair available on request. A fixed stairgate is located on the first floor.
