Situated on a quiet, no-through lane, the cottage has access to scenic walks just minutes from the front door.
Located in Stretton-on-Fosse, this little known and peaceful village is steeped in medieval history and located within easy striking distance of many of the well-known Cotswold villages such as Chipping Campden, Broadway and Stow-on-the-Wold. It also benefits from a friendly local pub serving speciality ales as well as locally sourced food.

High chair, travel cot and stairgate available on request. Please note that it is only possible to use the cot when bedroom two is configured as a single.

Due to the age of the property there are some areas of restricted headroom in the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom.

Ground Floor: Entrance includes double cupboards housing a washer/dryer Cloakroom With WC and wash basin. Open-plan living/dining/kitchen space This open-plan space features a cosy wood burning stove, table and seating for four and a fully equipped kitchen comprising fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. First Floor: Bedroom one With a 4'6 double bed. Bedroom two With two full size single divan beds which can be configured either as a single with the second bed stored below, twins or as a zip-n-link super-king size bed (please note that it is only possible to use a cot when bedroom two is configured as a single). Bathroom Includes bath with shower over, WC and wash basin. Outside: There is a small gravel fore garden bordered with a laurel hedge for privacy. This area is not enclosed and opens out into a larger private courtyard for parking. A wooden dining set comprising table and four chairs is located to the front of the property, which is south-west facing. A charcoal BBQ is provided with a small bag of charcoal for guest use.
