The award winning beach at Viking bay can be accessed via the lift down from Victoria gardens - across from the apartment - it is only a short walk to the high street with all the shops and amenities and only 250 feet from Morelli’s famous Italian ice cream parlour. Charles Dickens was a regular visitor to Broadstairs and wrote David Copperfield whilst staying in what has been renamed Bleak House, look out for it on the cliff top above Viking Bay.
