The seaside village of Portreath has a superb sandy beach, popular with surfers and families alike, and it is just a stone's throw from the front door of this property. There is a selection of shops and pubs to choose from in the village, so if you don't want to drive you don't have to, as everything you need is close by. If you do decide to explore further afield, the location of the property makes much of Cornwall easily accessible, particularly via the A30. Head to the cobbled streets of St Ives, surfer's haven Newquay, the Eden Project, or even Land's End, England's most westerly point. With fantastic views of the sea and beach, particularly from the living areas, and panoramas across the coast line and the village itself, you can relax in your holiday home admiring the landscape come rain or shine. This reverse level property is the perfect place for all the family. Head up to the first floor and create a special meal in the well equipped kitchen area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine.
