The truly unspoilt Regency coastal resort of Sidmouth forms part of the Jurassic Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. From the property a stroll through Sidmouth Byes takes you into the town where you will find an array of independent shops, cafes and restaurants, together with a picture postcard esplanade that overlooks a pebble and partly sandy beach. The impressive floral display of Connaught Gardens separates the esplanade from the additional mile long beach at Jacob s Ladder and even further sea and sand can be enjoyed at Exmouth and Lyme Regis, both within a short drive. Other attractions nearby include the picturesque coastal villages of Beer, Branscombe and Seaton; Crealy Adventure Park, the beautiful cathedral city of Exeter, the Donkey Sanctuary and numerous National Trust properties.
