Forres 2.1 miles. This spacious, detached farmhouse is situated in the small hamlet of Newton of Dalvey, a peaceful rural location of five properties, just a short distance from the Victorian town of Forres. The farmhouse is an excellent choice for families and groups who wish to explore the magnificent Moray coast and all it has to offer. On the ground floor is a spacious sitting room, boasting patio doors, which frame the views of beautiful countryside and allow a fresh breeze to filter into the space, as you tune into the TV with Freeview and a DVD player. Choose a DVD from the superb selection and light up the fire before cosying up on the sofas during a winter’s evening. The open-plan kitchen/diner is bright and spacious and is well-equipped with everything you could need for entertaining and preparing those special meals. The Highland capital of Inverness with airport and main rail links is only 24 miles away, where you will find further amenities. The award-winning town of Nairn is only nine miles by road, for the enjoyment of its vast sandy safe beaches. Other things to do whilst here, include the Moray whisky trail, historic castles, beaches, dolphin spotting, fishing, walking, golfing, in all, offering something to all visiting guests of all ages.
