Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this delightful barn offers a great base from which to explore the area. The comfortable and spacious accommodation creates a fabulous spot to visit at any time of the year. This area is midway between the seaside town of Sidmouth, known for its beautiful beaches which nestles beneath the majestic red cliffs and the unspoiled seaside town of Lyme Regis, which is known for its fishing port on the world famous Cobb harbour. Some may want to visit the nearby famous River Cottage. Branscombe is a must with its wide pebble beach and direct access to the World Heritage Coast and South West Peninsular Coastal Path, and also boasts a popular restaurant and cafe. Arrive and relax at this peaceful spot, upon entering the barn you are greeted by an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner that s warm and welcoming with lots of natural light. There is comfy seating, a wood burner and TV in the lounge area, in the dining area there is a large dining table and the kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and gas hob, microwave and fridge, which makes cooking and eating a delight. A cloakroom/utility room with washing machine and separate WC is also on the ground floor. The staircase leads up to an open plan bedroom with double bed and wonderful views over the hills. The bathroom completes the accommodation with shower over bath and WC. Stepping outside, the large lawn area is a fabulous place to sit and relax, and, garden furniture is provided as is a charcoal BBQ. Ample off road parking for two cars makes this a convenient and extremely pleasant place to stay. Need to know: 1 Bedroom double. 1 En suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC and 1 separate WC. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave and fridge. Utility room with washing machine. Wood burner (first basket of logs included). TV in lounge. Enclosed lawn garden with charcoal BBQ. Ample off road parking for 2 cars. Beach 3 miles, shop and pub 2 miles. Regret no children, babes in arms welcome.
