Offering spacious and contemporary accommodation for eight guests, this property is ideal for a large family or group wanting to be close to the coast of north Cornwall. Entering the property, you will find a generous, open-plan living space with a large L-shaped corner sofa, with plenty of space for the whole group to relax in front of the TV with the woodburning stove warming up the space, while the dining table offer seating for everyone to enjoy family meals, prepared in the fully-equipped, contemporary kitchen. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms; a double and twin, each with a TV and ample storage space, as well as quirky brick-wall-style wallpaper on a feature wall and serviced by a family bathroom with bath and separate shower, so you have a choice of how you want to begin each day, while the second floor has an identical layout of a double and twin bedroom and family bathroom. Outside you will find an enclosed garden with a picnic bench, along with off-road parking for two cars. The town of Redruth is just under three miles away, with a selection of shops and eateries, while Portreath and the north Cornwall coast are a mile and a half away. From here, you can access St Agnes and the lovely sandy beaches at Chapel Porth and Perranporth by heading north along the coastline.
