Positioned a short stroll from Swanage town centre on a pretty street, The Arc offers a calm holiday space away from the hustle and bustle of the vibrant high street in Swanage but is perfectly placed for easy access to the South West Coast Path, the beach and all the local amenities. Within a short drive you can reach Wareham, Poole, Dorchester and Weymouth. On arriving at the property you are greeted by a calm and welcoming space. Thoughtfully and tastefully decorated throughout its a tranquil haven from day to day life. On the ground floor you will find a cosy living/dining room and kitchen. On the 1st floor are a twin bedroom, double bedroom and the family bathroom.
