Situated at the top of the estate, the cottage is just a minute or two from the Leisure Centre.
Maenporth is an exclusive, secluded resort overlooking a beautiful sheltered cove, but close to the bustling port town of Falmouth, with its historical associations. The countryside around here is glorious: perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet, the coast, and the great outdoors. The houses that comprise the resort are sheltered by established trees, and there’s a good restaurant and bar overlooking the family friendly beach where guests can unwind, enjoy some good food and watch the world go by. The resort has a large indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna, 2 tennis courts, pool and table tennis tables, and a children's play area. There are plenty of scenic walks along the South West Coastal Path for those who want the exercise, and the sandy beach will keep adults and children endlessly entertained. It’s a great destination for families or couples all year round.

Private front door to open-plan living area. Brand-new, well-equipped kitchen with integrated oven, microwave and fridge-freezer, plus dishwasher, Quooker tap and Nespresso coffee machine. Granite-topped kitchen island with integrated hob. Living area with two large four-seater sofas, wall-mounted Smart TV and garden views. Bi-fold doors leading onto patio with rattan garden furniture and barbecue. Dining area with seating for eight. Cloakroom with shower cubicle, WC and hand basin. Under-stairs cupboard with combined washer-drier. Bedroom 1 with super-king bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. Upstairs to the master bedroom with super-king bed, plenty of storage and en-suite shower, WC and basin. Bedroom 3 with double bed. Bedroom 4 with twin single beds. Please note: There are two short flights of external steps to reach the front door. There is, however, a gently sloping path from the car park to the patio doors
