Access the property up a long, private driveway, where parking is available for four cars, and step inside to find a games room with pool table, ideal for keeping younger guests entertained or for a competitive family pool tournament. From here, discover an open-plan living room with sleek, contemporary kitchen complete with wooden units and work tops and all the mod cons you could need for a self-catering stay, along with a utility room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining table can seat the whole group, and offers the ideal spot to enjoy a home-cooked meal and discuss plans for the days ahead, with a feature dresser, filled with charming crockery, while four armchairs offer additional, cosy seating. The sitting room overlooks the pretty countryside and offers a choice of furnishing to relax onto while enjoying the warmth of the electric fire and watching a family film on the Smart TV. There are three bedrooms, catering to a variety of group needs; there are two family rooms that can be separated with internal double doors, comprising a king-size double and single in one and a double with twin beds in the other, both with en-suite shower rooms, while the third bedroom is a double with Jack-and-Jill access to the family bathroom, offering a shower over bath and heated towel rail for extra comfort.
