Kitchen & Utilities: Electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, table and 4 chairs. Outside: Garden. Nearest beach: 400 yds. Nearest amenities: 0.2 miles. Garden: Small terraced garden behind the property, garden furniture, charcoal barbecue. Parking: Two reserved parking spaces in private car park.
