The pleasant open plan living/dining room has oak flooring, comfortable sofas, occasional furniture, TV and DVD player and a dining area for six at the rear. Towards the front of the lounge is a light sunroom from which guests can access the terrace, with stunning estuary views. The kitchen has a range of fitted units and a breakfast bar with four stools. Three bedrooms in total, including a master bedroom with King-sized bed, bedside units and wardrobe, the second bedroom, also on the first floor is a twin room with single beds, bedside units and a wardrobe. This room also benefits from an en suite bath room with shower cubicle, w.c and wash hand basin. In addition to the en suite is a family bathroom, also on the first floor, with bath, shower (over) w.c and wash hand basin. On the second floor is the final third twin bedroom. The property includes two off road parking spaces.
Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens.
