Situated in the grounds of the Old Rectory with its own private driveway, the cottage boasts a generous open-plan living space on the ground floor with a large sofa and cosy wood burning stove. The fully equipped kitchen has a cookery book library to inspire foodies before visiting some of the local farm shops and producers in the local area. Both bedrooms are generous in size and the family bathroom has a stunning roll top bath to languish in under the eaves, as well as a separate shower. The property also benefits from a ground floor utility/shower room with underfloor heating.
