The heart of the spacious accommodation includes a large open-plan communal living area with kitchen, breakfast area, dining area and a seating area with door to the garden terrace. There is a separate snug, a well-equipped utility room and ground floor bathroom. There are six bedrooms in total offering space for up to ten guests in three double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, one twin bedroom with its own en-suite shower room, and a further two single bedrooms.
To the rear of the property is a small courtyard garden with a table and chairs for enjoying an alfresco meal or celebratory occasion, this generous holiday home is ideal for gathering all the family together.
Whilst Bonchurch Beach is only a short stroll away, you can also walk along the sea wall to the seaside town and beach of Ventnor with its cafes, shops and pubs. If you enjoy outdoor activities, the Isle of Wight has it all. The stunning coastline and warm climate make this Isle the perfect playground for those who love the outdoors. Walking, cycling and horse-riding are freely available for all abilities, with more than 500 miles of footpaths and established walking routes, and 165 miles of bridleways waiting to be discovered, you will have plenty of choice for your holiday activities.

Orchard Leigh Villa is one of the larger of three holiday homes, sharing its location alongside Orchard Leigh Cottage and the adjacent Orchard Leigh Grange which in total can accommodate up to 22 guests.
