This attractive cottage has a modern open-planned layout on the ground floor including a comfortable seating area for watching television, a bright well-equipped kitchen and a large dining table and chairs. There are doors out to the courtyard garden at the front of the property where guests can enjoy alfresco dining. On the first floor are two spacious bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms, and there is a separate utility room.

Orchard Leigh Cottage is the smallest of three holiday homes, sharing its location alongside Orchard Leigh Villa and the adjacent Orchard Leigh Grange which in total can accommodate up to 22 guests.
