The charming Apartment at No.52 is a bright, airy and spacious holiday property, conveniently located in the heart of the popular town of Sherborne. With a sunny roof garden and views across to the Abbey, and being only steps away from a good selection of quality shops, cafes and restaurants, this is the ideal couples retreat.

The front door is nestled next to the local greengrocer where you can buy your fresh fruit and vegetables, and on entering the property, a flight of stairs takes you to the first floor where you will find a light open-plan living and dining area with kitchen. There is a cosy sitting room with comfortable seating at the front of the property with views of Cheap Street below. From both the dining and kitchen areas, doors lead out to the roof terrace with two sun loungers and a table chairs for alfresco dining with lovely views of neighbouring Cheap Street Church and beyond.

There is a spacious bedroom with a super-king size bed, next to which is a bright bathroom with waterfall shower over the bath and a separate hand-held shower head, wash basin and WC.

The location of this property makes it ideal for enjoying all the delights of Sherborne and the surrounding Dorset villages and countryside, the world famous Jurassic Coast and beaches are a pleasant drive away.

Infants under two welcome. A travel cot and highchair is available upon request. Please bring your own cot linen.

The fire place is a feature only and should not be used.

There is no parking available at the property but public car parks with reasonable charges can be found a short distance away and there is some free street parking nearby also.

Bedroom With a super-king size bed, built-in wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Bathroom With waterfall shower over the bath, a separate hand-held shower head, wash basin and WC. Outside: A door from both the dining area and kitchen leads out onto a roof terrace with artificial grass flooring. There is a wonderful view of the neighbouring church and its garden along with Sherborne Abbey across the roof tops.
