Located in the heart of East Sussex in the village of Netherfield, this pretty cottage is within easy reach of the village green, where the local post office, shop and two pubs are situated. The historic town of Battle renowned for the famed 1066 Battle of Hastings that took place in its very own landscapes is nearby and is a truly intriguing town brimming with history and charm and a great number of restaurants, shops and tea rooms as well as the imposing Battle Abbey situated at the end of the High Street. Hastings and the rest of the Sussex coastline is only a 20 minute drive away, where you can find sandy and pebbled beaches and bustling seaside towns and villages. Step inside and instantly be welcomed into the cosy lounge which has corner sofas to relax on after a busy day exploring, whilst watching your favourite film on the Smart TV curled up in front of the wood burner on chilly evenings.
