Set on a farm near the delightful village of Cwmdu, overlooking wonderful rolling countryside. This is the perfect venue for a couple to enjoy the best that Carmarthenshire has to offer. A public footpath through the fields will take you to Cwmdu village (guests are advised to bring waterproof footwear). Excellent for walkers and cyclists, with a short drive to local trails and bicycle storage available. Nearby Taliaris Park Walk and lake which are idyllic, there is an eclectic mix of shops and eateries to be enjoyed at nearby Llandeilo. For history lovers there is a well preserved Iron Age hill fort at Maes y Castell. Aberglasney Gardens are close by and well worth a visit. Further afield is Ceredigon Bay with beaches to explore including that of Aberporth. Travel due South and visit the beautiful sands at Burry Port with its lighthouse and harbour. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). Enter this charming converted dairy into a surprisingly large lounge/diner, there is comfortable seating with a sofa and a chair set around the lovely wood burner. This room has lots of character and charm with some exposed stone walls and TV. Just off the lounge there is a large double bedroom. Head down three steps from the lounge to the kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and leads to a utility room with washing machine. Completing the accommodation is a shower room with shower and WC. Outside there is an enclosed garden with patio looking out over the fields towards Cwmdu village.
