This beautiful barn sits at the head of the farm offering views across the countryside, situated close to the Herefordshire border and within easy reach of the vibrant market town of Ledbury a fascinating place to explore, where you will find a choice of seasonal local produce and crafts along with inviting Herefordshire hospitality. This central location offers easy access into the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley, The Malvern Hills and Three Counties Show Ground. Spend a day in the Cotswolds where you can take your pick of picturesque villages or wander one of the many National Trust gardens. Take a trip to Cheltenham, famed for a day at the races or one of their many festivals. The area has a vibrant events calendar hosting events throughout the year to suit all tastes, including food festivals, the medieval festival and blossom trail. Surrounded by rich countryside and mature trees, this detached barn sits at the head of the farm enjoying views across the countryside. Step inside where you will be pleasantly surprised with the original framework and vaulted ceilings that have been sympathetically restored. The ground floor is open plan with a lounge/kitchen/diner and simply perfect for entertaining and spending time together. A cosy lounge area with large sofas where you can relax in front of the wood burner, enjoy board games or a good movie on the TV. You will also find a cosy snug area with a built in desk and Smart TV, perfect for children.The kitchen/diner takes up the other side of the barn, for dining a large table with chairs that s perfect for a celebration supper, and a breakfast bar with stools that just great for a quick coffee whilst planning the day ahead. The kitchen will test the best of chefs, finished with bespoke units and black granite, offering a full electric Range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a side entrance to the barn that offers space for coats and boots and a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer and a separate WC. So, when the day is done climb the stairs to the mezzanine landing see if you can spot the moon. There are four bedrooms, two king size with en suite shower and WC, a twin room and a bunk bedroom. There is a bathroom with tap and shower head over the bath and WC. Outside to the side of the barn is a terrace with table and chairs for summer dining, there is off road parking for three cars and bike storage. There is also a helicopter landing pad available onsite by arrangement with the owner. Secure enclosed garden. Need to know: 4 Bedrooms 2 king size, 1 twin (which can be made as a King size at request of booking) and 1 bunk bedroom. 1 Bathroom with tap with shower head over bath and WC, 2 en suite shower and WC and 1 separate WC. Electric Range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Wood burner (first basket of logs included). Central heating included with underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs. Off road parking for 3 cars. Pub and shop, 1 mile away. 2 dogs welcome, dogs to be kept on a lead at all times when outside. Smart TV in lounge and snug, TV's in both king size bedroom. Helicopter landing pad onsite by arrangement with the owner. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Bike storage available. Secure enclosed garden. No Hen or Stag parties permitted.
