Visitors who wish to bring their horses can find miles of countryside for riding, on site facilities plus the Royal Welsh Show is just 11 miles away in Builth Wells. There is also the opportunity to kayak through the Wye Valley to Builth or explore its fascinating history. Pop down to the pub to meet the locals and enjoy a meal or visit Brecon for anything you might need during your stay. Retaining some of its original features, this cosy farmhouse has a lovely country living feel, making it a home from home in the Welsh countryside. Enter through the spacious glass fronted porch, perfect for hanging coats and storing muddy boots. Settle down in the inviting and comfortable lounge with a wood burner set within the original inglenook fireplace, with logs provided. Put a film on the Smart TV for evening entertainment. The kitchen/diner is beautifully appointed with an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/dryer. Enjoy home cooked meals at the pine farmhouse dining table. On the first floor you will find a comfortable king size and twin bedroom each with a TV, while the master king size bedroom is down three steps and it also has a TV. The first bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC, as well as a convenient dressing table, while the second bathroom has a shower and WC. The spacious garden can be found across the road with a BBQ and seating for a lovely family meal out in the sun. The owner lives in the adjoining farmhouse and there is a manège, three stables, tack room, parking for horse boxes, and space for grazing should you wish to come with your horses (extra charge and arrangement required).
