Ideally placed in rural splendour yet close to the A40, you can venture near and far to take in your majestic surroundings at leisure. Cast your line to catch salmon and brown trout on the Usk, or hop on your bike and scale the rolling hills and scenic trails from a new perspective. Talybont on Usk is 2 miles away, where you can visit the reservoir and sample locally brewed beer at one of the welcoming pubs. Escape the elements as you step inside the cosy lounge, kicking off your boots and settling down on the sofas with a glass of wine. An open fire warms the room throughout, and you ll be kept entertained by the selection of DVDs, games and books. The bijou style kitchen/diner has everything you need to whip up light snacks or more elaborate suppers, best enjoyed around the table.
