Closes Farm Cottage is a delightful period cottage situated in the popular Cotswolds village of Broadway. The cottage is only a few minutes walk away from the High Street with its wealth of shops, pubs and restaurants.
Having been built in the 18th century from the distinctive golden stone of the Cotswolds, the cottage retains much historical charm such as beamed ceilings in every room. Deceptively spacious with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a downstairs cloakroom, kitchen and large sitting room. Lovingly restored with much character and elegantly decorated. The garden is a delightful extra room in the summer for relaxing, dining, playing or making the most of the sunshine in the colder months. It is safely walled and gated for children and dogs and there is garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue making it a haven of comfort with fine views.
Perfectly situated to make the most of a holiday in the Cotswolds, Closes Farm Cottage is peacefully situated on the Upper High Street, where you are only a few minutes walk away from the High Street with its wealth of shops, pubs and restaurants. Children will love the playground and you can enjoy plenty of country walks together on the Cotswold Way and surrounding countryside.

Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Please note dogs are only permitted on the ground floor and we politely request that they do not go on the furniture.
The house has a step up form the garden path to the kitchen and also a step down from the kitchen to the sitting room, so may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
