Featuring a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and access to the outdoor patio and private garden, this room is the perfect place to relax and socialise. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, induction hob and microwave. A cosy comfortable lounge with a log burning stove and large 65” TV. There is also a utility room with washer and separate dryer as well as a study space with desk and chair. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with countryside views, kingsize bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table and en-suite with walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms can be twin rooms, or can be made into kingsize doubles. Family bathroom with roll top bath, walk-in shower and sink vanity unit.
Please note the barn is not in the same location as the holiday lodges, and is approximately a 2 mile cross country walk from the facilities at Sandburn Hall. A Travel cot and high chair are provided, along with a welcome refreshment pack and an initial basket of logs for the wood burner.
