A pretty beach house styled home located just a short walk from the beach and centre of the pretty seaside town of Bude, a great choice for a family holiday.
Bude has loads of amenities on offer, including the sea pool and indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, as well as independent shops, pubs and great restaurants. You are well positioned to explore both Cornwall or across the border into Devon. Enjoy family attractions such as the Eden Project and The Milky Way or explore nearby sights including rugged Bodmin Moor, the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly, Boscastle, Rock, and Padstow. As soon as you step through the front door you ll start to notice how much character the property has, the light and airy lounge leads off from the entrance hallway and offers comfortable seating, a cosy wood burner and TV/DVD for entertainment. The rear of the house offers a spacious kitchen/diner with electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Off the kitchen there is a utility cupboard housing the washing machine for your convenience and a separate WC. Heading up the stairs you ll find three comfortable bedrooms, the first is a double bedroom, a 2ft 6' twin zip and link (which be made into a king size on request at the point of booking) and a bunk bedroom. The bathroom is also on this floor with shower over bath and WC. Heading through the kitchen/diner you will find patio doors out onto the decking and the private enclosed garden, there is storage available for body boards and an outdoor shower, the garden can be accessed directly so you can hop straight in the shower following a day at the beach. Unrestricted roadside parking is available outside the property (subject to availability). Need to know: 3 Bedrooms 1 double, 1 twin zip and link (which can be made into a super king size on request at the point of booking) and 1 bunk bedroom. 1 Bathroom with shower over bath and WC and 1 separate WC. Electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Utility cupboard with washing machine. Wood burner (first basket of logs included). Roadside parking (subject to availability).
