Aptly named due to the river Bradford running past the front garden, Riverview is a lovely, spacious property located in the limestone village of Youlgreave. With views from every window, this two bedroom cottage has been furnished and equipped to a high standard with both a front garden and rear patio to frequent after a long day exploring the surrounding area. When the sun goes down and the temperature drops outside, there is nothing better than to stoke up the log fire and snuggle up on the cosy couches. Just a five minute walk up the road, you’ll find a medieval church standing in full glory overlooking the village shops and pubs, which all come with excellent reputations. Hop in the car and within a few minutes you could be wandering around Haddon hall, playing on the adventure park after visiting Chatsworth House or be at Bakewell eating its famous pudding. The Peak Rail’s steam trains are also an amazing experience or grab a bike and have a cycle around one of the breath-taking cycle trails in the Peaks. Matlock’s cable cars and Crich’s Tramway Museum aren’t too far, along with Buxton’s go-karting and Castleton’s spooky caverns.
