Escape to the seaside in this fabulous Georgian apartment, with its elegant bay window framing the spectacular waterside views. The property sleeps five guests, making it perfect for a family getaway or holiday with friends. Located at the top of the high street, you re perfectly placed to explore the excellent array of quaint shops, impressive galleries and exquisite restaurants. Potter around the pretty harbour with its brightly coloured houses before hopping on a boat to the tranquil island of Caldey. Alternatively, hire some deckchairs and enjoy a relaxing day at North Beach, a wonderfully sheltered spot with stunning views over Carmarthen Bay. Enter the first floor apartment, which is part of a listed Georgian property, via a shared hallway and stairs leading to the apartment entrance door. The open plan lounge is filled with natural light and boasts large windows and high ceilings. Neutral tones and chic furniture create a calm ambience. Relax in this stylish space in front of the gas fire with a good book, watch a film on the TV/DVD or enjoy some music thanks to the CD and iPod dock. From here, an archway leads to the modern kitchen/diner, where you ll find an electric oven with gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There s also a handy washing machine, should you need it. At the end of the day, retire to one of the two peaceful bedrooms; choose from the spacious king size, with its additional day bed, or the twin (2ft 6" beds), which can be made into another king size on request. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated, with pretty fabrics and plush furnishings, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC completes the apartment, along with a convenient separate cloakroom with WC. A parking permit is provided for a nearby multi storey car park, approximately 0.5 miles from the property. Please note this is not a reserved bay, and your permit must be clearly displayed.
