Decorated throughout in warm magnolia, creating a cosy and homely feel, the property is just a two-minute walk from the leisure centre. The bright conservatory adds extra space and opens up onto the patio and a large grassed area. Finders has benefitted from a recent change in ownership. As a result, the property has been lovingly refurbished to create a simple, yet beautiful, holiday home that is perfect for a small family or couples looking to retreat and relax.
Maenporth is an exclusive, secluded resort overlooking a beautiful sheltered cove, but close to the bustling port town of Falmouth, with its historical associations. The countryside around here is glorious: perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet, the coast, and the great outdoors. The houses that comprise the resort are sheltered by established trees, and there’s a good restaurant and bar overlooking the family friendly beach where guests can unwind, enjoy some good food and watch the world go by. The resort has a large indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna, 2 tennis courts, pool and table tennis tables, and a children’s play area. There are plenty of scenic walks along the South West Coastal Path for those who want the exercise, and the sandy beach will keep adults and children endlessly entertained. It’s a great destination for families or couples all year round.

Master bedroom with 4ft 6 double bed, built-in wardrobes and dressing table. The living area is open-plan, comprising of lounge with two leather sofas, TV with DVD player, Wii games console and WiFi. Attractive kitchen with built-in hob, oven and microwave, plus fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There's also a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee. Conservatory with cane furniture and a dining table and chairs, opening onto the patio.
