Located directly on the water s edge, this spacious property is ideal for walkers as it sits just off the coastal path. Ilfracombe itself boasts plenty of attractions, from its selection of shops, cafes and restaurants to its natural harbour offering fishing trips and pleasure cruises around the coast or to Lundy Island. The rugged landscape of Exmoor National Park is within easy reach as are the long stretches of golden sandy beach at Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton. Accessed via a shared internal staircase this top floor two storey penthouse is open plan, minimalist and full of natural light. The entrance hall is spacious with room to throw off coats and shoes. The lounge diner is the heart of the property with giant windows with amazing uninterrupted views of the harbour, Smart TV/DVD with Netflix, Amazon Prime and a shelving unit with five port USB Charger to charge your devices.
