Open all year, this welcoming accommodation has most of the living space on the ground floor. The sociable living space is open-plan, with a small but fully equipped kitchen including a Belfast sink and shaker style units, a sitting room area with electric living flame fire, and a small dining area, perfect for enjoying a bite, looking out of the window to the lovely view beyond. The bathroom is also on the ground floor. To reach the bedroom, climb up an open ladder style staircase to a very cosy bedroom with a king-size bed. The sofa downstairs in the sitting room can also be converted to a double bed if you would prefer keeping your feet firmly on the ground!
Outside is a terraced area with a table and chairs - a lovely place to watch the sun set with some nibbles and a drink. Enjoy lovely rural views beyond Berry Hall to the south and to the north over a Christmas tree plantation in the old kitchen garden bordered by a rare crinkle-crankle wall.

The stairs to the first floor bedroom are very steep, and not suitable for anyone with limited mobility.
Although there is an alternative option of a sofa bed on the ground floor, the cottage is strictly for a maximum of two guests.
No barbecue provided or to be used please, due to the thatched roof.
The cottage is not suitable for infants or children.
