A modern and stylish two bedroom apartment, conveniently situated in the the popular harbour town of Fowey. Close to the handy Caffa Mill carpark (where the Bodinnick Ferry crosses to the other side of the river Fowey). It's close access to the estuary is great for kayakers and dingy hire and it's within easy level walking distance of Fowey town centre and all of its amenities. With its two bedrooms and open plan Vaulted ceiling living room, this apartment is a comfortable and excellent base to explore the captivating and vibrant area, along with all the other delights Cornwall has to offer.
Both bedrooms are to the rear of this double aspect property, one king size double and a single bedroom room, sleeping 3 at the moment. ( There will be a bunk bed in the single room, from 18th June so will be sleeping 4 then).
