Tintagel, the legendary home of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, and the pretty fishing villages of Boscastle and Port Isaac are well worth a visit. The market towns of Bude and Camelford are a short drive away and offer shops, restaurants and pubs, perfect for those not wanting to venture too far afield. There are many popular sandy beaches and sheltered coves, which are perfect for surfing and sunbathing, all in easy reach. Or, take a day out to walk the moors and trails across Bodmin Moor to Rough Tor.
