Enjoy easy access to some of Cornwall s finest seaside spots, including the sandy beaches of Bude, the quiet coastal village of Clovelly and the attractive fishing port of Boscastle. Back over the border into Devon, the traditional town of Holsworthy is just 5 miles from the property, and offers a taste of authentic Devonshire rural life, with its weekly pannier market, cattle market, and a range of shops, pubs, and tearooms. For those who enjoy exploring the local countryside, there are plenty of opportunities for scenic walks locally, not least on nearby Dartmoor. Stepping into the property, which is all on one level, you are immediately in the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with a Smart TV, comfy corner sofa bed to accommodate an extra guest, feature fireplace, and a dining table and chairs. The well equipped kitchen boasts an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. French doors off the lounge area lead to the rear enclosed garden. The bedrooms, both of which are spacious, are off the hall and consist of one double and one twin. The bathroom completes the accommodation with a shower over the bath and WC. Heading outside there is a private, secure patio garden to the rear of the cottage, equipped with outdoor furniture and BBQ, making it the perfect space for guests to relax, dine and soak up the stunning scenery. You can even collect eggs from the owner's chicken enclosure where they keep rescued chickens. There is also an on site laundry that guests are welcome to use including a communal tumble dryer, and an additional freezer. Also included in your stay is unlimited use of the unique dog washing facility, fully equipped with a warm shower, deluxe doggy shampoo and fresh, fluffy towels. There are two extremely friendly Shetland ponies, named Tilly and Teddy who love meeting new friends, and guests young and old alike will enjoy petting and playing with them.
