This charming stone terrace can be found a short walk from Slapton Sands Beach at Torcross, about 5 miles outside of Dartmouth. It has been lovingly refurbished and boasts a modern, cosy interior with Scandi-style decor. Just a two minute walk away is the local pub, the Start Bay Inn. The property is within a short driving or bus ride away from Kingsbridge, Dartmouth and Stokenham. Size: Sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms. Beds: 1 kingsize, 2 doubles and one zip and link bed (set up as twins unless specified at time of booking). Rooms: Kitchen, dining area, utility room, bathroom, living room and additional living area all on ground floor. 4 bedrooms and family bathroom on first floor. Kitchen and Utilities: Dining table and chairs, kitchen island with bar seating, electric hob and extractor fan, electric oven, microwave and integrated dishwasher. Excellent range of cookware and appliances including slow cooker, food processor and Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own Vertuo pods). Combined washing machine and dryer. Entertainment: Wall-mounted 36" smart TV, bluetooth speaker, books and games. Outside: To the front of the property is a gravelled area with a bench and a built-in seated dining space. Fire pit with grill, in addition to gas BBQ. Lovely views across The Ley. Please note that the outdoor space to the rear is not currently available to guests. Parking: One permit provided for parking 100-150m away. Please load and unload outside property. General: WiFi Provided. Heating and Electricity included in the rent. Bed Linen and Towels Provided (please bring your own beach towels). No Smoking. Pets: 1 Pet is welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property. Security Deposit This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
