Just a short drive takes you into the ever popular coastal town of Bude where you will find a selection of pubs and restaurants, a golf course, leisure centre, swimming pool, tennis courts, numerous shops, galleries and a choice of beautiful sandy beaches. The South West Coast Path also offers spectacular walking in both directions, and the nearby wetland bird sanctuary and nature reserve has some lovely wildlife and scenery. Perfectly placed just off the A30, this is a great location for touring both Devon and Cornwall, and family days out could include visits to The Eden Project, the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly, Boscastle, Tintagel, Port Isaac, Rock and Padstow, the beautiful Bodmin Moor, and numerous National Trust properties.
