Perfectly situated you will be hidden in the heart of a 40 acre valley, which is entirely open for guests to explore and spans woodlands, ponds and a 1.5 mile stretch of the River Camel. This part of Cornwall is excellent for wildlife and it is possible to spot otters, deer, badgers and foxes here. The property also enjoys direct access to the Camel Trail, perfect for both walking and cycling holidays. The Camel Valley Vineyard can also be found opposite the estate and is open to visitors and sells a range of award winning wines. The property is also located a short drive from many fantastic beaches, attractions and villages on both the north and south coasts; these include Polzeath Beach, Padstow, Fowey and the Eden Project. This property offers open plan studio style accommodation making it the perfect cosy retreat for two and featuring a lounge/sleeping area with a stunning four poster super king size bed, small separate dressing room. There is also a comfortable sofa with a cosy wood burner where you can relax and watch one of your favourite films on the TV/DVD or listen to some music on the iPod dock. From here a couple of steps lead up into the kitchen/diner where you will find a lovely relaxed dining area alongside the perfectly appointed kitchen which offers a great range of equipment for cooking up a storm, including an electric oven and hob, microwave and also a fridge/freezer. There is also an undeniably useful utility room with a washing machine, and then completing the offering inside the property a shower room with shower and WC. French doors open out from the sleeping area into a private garden and decking, complete with a picnic bench and a BBQ, and here you can sit and enjoy the views of the surrounding countryside and the nearby vineyards. Guests are also free to explore the 40 acres of the woodland estate on offer, where a beautiful nature trail passes through as well as a 1.5 mile stretch of the Camel River. Salmon and sea trout river fishing is available to book at an extra cost and must be booked with the owner in advance. Fishing in the private woodland ponds is completely free of charge. Ample private off road parking is also provided. Need to know: 1 bedroom 1 super king size. 1 shower room with shower and WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer.
