Be welcomed in from the street and into the living/dining room were an exposed stone fireplace houses a woodburning stove for you to light on a cool evening, with a large sofa and armchair to relax on, along with a dining table in the corner featuring a pew from the local church as bench seating. Enjoy a board game choosing from the excellent selection here, choose a DVD or login to a streaming service on the Smart TV before heading into the galley kitchen to whip up a tasty meal. Equipped with all the essential appliances as well as a slimline dishwasher, cook up a feast in here to enjoy at the dining table or take it outside to the patio for some alfresco dining. The long garden is a wonderful space to make the most of in the summer months, with steps and a path leading to a beautiful lawned area at the bottom of the garden exposing mountain views and home to a chimenea for summer nights. The bathroom lies on the ground floor while upstairs you can find two lovely bedrooms, one offering a double bed accessed from one side and the other boasting a king-size bed. Notice the wonderful ode to climbing at the top of the stairs in the form of a unique display, with plenty of opportunities to practice the sport with a local spot being Craig Pant Ifan in Tremadog, along with a host of locations within the Snowdonia National Park. Explore the beautiful nearby mountains whether on foot or cycling with nearby peaks including Moel Hebog, Mynydd Mawr, and Craig Cwm Silyn and of course the popular mountain of Snowdon, with a mountain railway from Llanberis providing a more leisurely way to reach the incredible summit to experience magnificent views over the park. Enjoy the delights of Porthmadog and Tremadog with local shops and pubs to visit, along with the Maritime Museum and the Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railway station, the latter connecting you to the glorious scenery of the national park and the village of Blaneau Ffestiniog.
